Coaching is NOT about telling you how to live your life. Instead, a coach can help you uncover what is truly important to you and what is missing from your life, and move forward in a constructive way by setting goals, creating a plan and identifying actions to take you from where you are to where you want to be.


Life coaching can be process of working on certain goal or any life problem with your Life coach which help you to reach from one level to another level where faith and commitment plays important role between coach and client relationship. Approach is basically questioning oriented rather than general advising or counselling, it is more about discovering your true potential and work on your goal, or finding your way to any life issue or problem.


A life coach is a professional who helps individuals set and achieve personal and professional goals. They work with clients to help them identify their goals and create a plan to achieve them. Unless you are ready to adopt the solution/ strategy, you will not take action and the whole process will fail.


So, a good life coach works with you to create harmony or balance so that you feel empowered and motivated to take action to achieve your goals.


There are usually 2 types of life coaches:

  1. The traditional coach who never gives any suggestions or advice. He or she just asks questions and helps you discover the answers yourself.

  2. A coach who is a hybrid between a coach and a therapist. These coaches ask your questions to understand you better and also suggests techniques and strategies to help you find better results.

A good coach is someone who genuinely wants to help others transform their life.

Life coaches also provide support and accountability to their clients.

  • Life coaching is used to help people get through life challenges by improving their well-being, self-confidence, and the way they perceive themselves.

  • They can help clients overcome limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, and develop a positive mindset that empowers them to achieve their goals.

  • Stress is a rising concern across the globe and it can lead to serious health complications. However, many folks don’t even realize they are stressed or how it impacts their life until it becomes physical.

  • Coaches are not therapists or doctors; instead, they help clients make decisions and act on them by providing guidance and advice.

The process of life coaching may vary depending on the client and their specific goals, but in general, coaching can be divided into the following parts:

  1. Meeting with a life coach to discuss the client's issues and any concerns they may have.

  2. Goalsetting, including setting short-term and long-term objectives.

  3. Action planning which helps clients create a step-by-step plan on how to achieve their goals by breaking them down into more manageable tasks.

  4. Weekly sessions, in which clients discuss their progress and receive feedback from the coach.

  5. Follow-up sessions, during which the coach ensures that the client has maintained their gains.

Some people may question whether or not life coaches are necessary. However, life coaching can be beneficial for anyone who wants to make positive changes in their life. Life coaches can help with a wide range of personal and professional goals. Here are some examples:
